RTR Team Lead...

Purpose of the Role

Lead the Record-to-Report (R2R) function for North America, ensuring operational excellence. Oversee daily activities of the General Ledger (GL) Accounting team, supervise staff, monitor performance, and ensure timely internal reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to a high-performing team, fostering a customer-focused and proactive culture.
• Collaborate closely with affiliates, stakeholders, and other departments to align R2R processes.
• Review and approve accounting transactions, GL reconciliations, and trial balances to ensure accuracy.
• Act as the main liaison with local Finance teams to coordinate adjustments and process alignment.
• Monitor team performance, resource utilization, and compliance with training and vacation policies.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and successful transitions within the team.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit standards.
• Support talent development and succession planning.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct manager.
