About the Role :

We are seeking a Health Sciences Subject Matter Expert (SME) with exceptional academic, clinical, or research expertise to join our AI / ML training data team. In this role, you will help train advanced LLMs by creating, curating, and reviewing high-quality medical and health sciences content.

Your work will directly shape how AI systems understand, explain, and reason about medical and healthcare-related knowledge , ensuring accuracy, safety, and alignment with scientific and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Development & Curation

  • Produce high-quality, scientifically accurate content in health sciences, including :
  • Clinical case studies & medical scenarios
  • Evidence-based research summaries
  • Public health, epidemiology, and health policy briefs
  • Biomedical science explanations
  • Patient education and health communication materials

Model Training & Evaluation

  • Review and validate AI-generated outputs for :
  • Medical accuracy
  • Clinical relevance
  • Readability and compliance with ethical guidelines
  • Build and refine datasets across healthcare domains , including :
  • Medicine
  • Nursing
  • Public Health
  • Nutrition & Pharmacology
  • Psychology & Mental Health
  • Biomedical Research

    • Collaboration & Quality Assurance

  • Partner with AI researchers and engineers to :
  • Address conceptual gaps in training datasets
  • Provide structured feedback to enhance AI-generated healthcare content
  • Develop evaluation rubrics for safety, bias, and factual correctness

    • Eligibility Criteria :

  • Advanced degree required : Master’s, MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent in Health Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Pharmacology, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in clinical practice, biomedical research, or health sciences education.
  • Strong scientific writing and critical analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practice, clinical guidelines, and health communication.
