Claims Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Claims Expert to join our team in Mexico City.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing claims operational activities, including analyzing small claims, registering new claims, and handling modifications and payments on existing claims. They will also be expected to implement at least one improvement idea per quarter, measure the time before and after the initiative is implemented, and report the quick wins on time in the corresponding tool.

This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
