We're expanding fast and looking for a Media Buyer who can manage and optimize paid ad campaigns for Spanish-speaking audiences, especially across social media and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns (primarily in Meta Ads / Facebook) targeting Spanish-speaking audiences
- Optimize campaign performance across platforms, focusing on leads, conversions, and ROI
- Write and test ad copy in native Spanish, aligned with the company’s voice and legal standards
- Monitor performance data daily and make real-time adjustments to creative, targeting, and budgets
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and strategists to build effective ad funnels
- A / B test creative, landing pages, and audience segments to maximize campaign success
- Produce and present performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
Requirements
Native Spanish speaker with excellent written communication skills3+ years of media buying or digital advertising experience — especially in Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), Google Ads, or YouTubeDeep understanding of digital marketing KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisionsFor Meta needs to be an expert at lead generation specifically on the legal sideExperience managing ad budgets and scaling successful campaignsFamiliarity with Spanish-speaking markets (LATAM and / or U.S. Hispanic audiences)Comfortable working remotely, independently, and meeting tight deadlines
