Regional Sales Manager – Greenhouse and Agricultural Infrastructure Industry – QRO or GDL

Querétaro or Guadalajara - Full time - Salary 50K - 65K MXN gross (40K - 50K MXN after taxes).

Mission

As a Regional Sales Manager , you will play a key role in the development and management of large-scale projects, from the design phase through to delivery. Your main responsibilities will include :

• Business Development : Identify and prospect new clients, negotiate high-stakes contracts, and manage commercial opportunities.
• Project Management : Oversee each project from pre-sales to commissioning, in close collaboration with technical and operational teams.
• Site Coordination : Ensure smooth project execution on-site in coordination with construction and installation teams.
• Client Follow-Up and Satisfaction : Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure consistent follow-up, and guarantee delivery quality.
• Market Analysis : Monitor industry trends and contribute to the company's commercial strategy in the region.

Your Profile

Proven experience in selling industrial or agricultural infrastructure projects .

Strong skills in project management and site supervision .

Ability to handle complex negotiations and close high-value contracts.

Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service mindset.

Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
