As a Senior Backend Software Engineer (Python), you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering this innovation to our users. You’ll design and build high-performance backend services that make ELT operations easy, efficient, and accessible. Your expertise will directly influence product scalability, reliability, and user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services primarily in Python.
• Develop and enhance APIs, ensuring they are secure, performant, and easy to use.
• Leverage AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Redshift, RDS, etc.) to deliver robust cloud-native solutions.
• Lead the design and implementation of new features, ensuring scalability and reliability at every step.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA to bring new ideas from concept to production.
• Improve automation and developer efficiency with modern CI / CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Serverless Framework).
• Mentor and support other developers, raising the technical bar across the team.
