The position is responsible for assisting the Sales staff in the achievement of sales growth and customer satisfaction including processing and maintaining data, monitoring key data trends, and providing support for customer-related transactions.

Maintains customer-specific information in applicable databases.
Maintains price administration for various systems and databases.
Maintain control of negative and positive margins.
Maintain proper control of credit notes and invoices.
Enter and monitor sample requests.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Data management, analytical, business administration skills, adaptable, and ability to consistently handle changing conditions.
Facilitation skills to work with and among individuals from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds.
Bachelor’s degree in international business, Administration, or related field.
