Sales Director
Seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to lead sales efforts in Mexico City. As a key team member, you will drive revenue growth, expand customer base, and develop strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve national annual / quarterly / monthly sales and payment collection targets;
- Assist in the development of product, channel, service, team, and other planning;
- Develop, introduce, and manage channels;
- Build and manage local aerial work platform machinery marketing teams, coordinating with subsidiary departments and product lines;
- Develop and follow up on business opportunities for government projects and key customers in the country;
- Coordinate public relations for subsidy policies and work with the credit finance manager to establish financial channels.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, machinery, or related majors;5+ years of sales and market management experience, with strong market development and communication skills;Fluency in English as a working language is preferred.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
