Job Description :

The primary objective of this Sales Manager role is to spearhead business growth, manage customer relationships, and ensure market penetration across the APAC countries.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional sales strategies aligned with global business goals.

  • Identify opportunities for growth in the Central & Latin America region.
  • Set and monitor sales targets for distributors, agents, and direct sales teams.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

You will work closely with the marketing team to localize campaigns and promotional activities, ensuring that products are tailored to regional preferences and regulatory requirements.

Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including food manufacturers, processors, and retailers, negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements.

Ultimately, your goal will be to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalations in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • MBA Marketing or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in a packaging company.
  • Proven track record of handling juice / beverage and dairy companies as clients.
