The Sales Leader Role
As our first Sales Leader, you will lead outbound sales and drive net-new business development. While top-of-funnel marketing campaigns are underway, this role is focused on hunting, not waiting for inbound leads. Youll prospect, follow up, and close, directly engaging with startup founders and executives.
This position requires hands-on execution, a growth mindset, and the ability to work independently. Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken, is essential, as youll be selling directly to U.S.-based clients. We dont care where you live, as long as you can connect authentically and effectively with American decision-makers.
Youll own your pipeline and collaborate closely with leadership and recruiters to fulfill demand.
