Descripción del trabajoAlcanzar las metas de negocio planteadas para el territorio bajo su responsabilidad en términos de UAFIR, volumen, flujo de efectivo, contribución marginal, cobertura. Desarrollar la inteligencia local en su mercado identificando tendencias y preferencias de clientes y consumidores. Asegurar la ejecución de los planes de demanda y cobertura en su zona. Asignar objetivos comerciales y metas presupuestales a los supervisores de venta de manera oportuna. Monitorear constantemente los resultados de negocio y plantear los ajustes tácticos necesarios para alcanzar las metas. Asegura la ejecución de la Película de éxito y propuestas de valor definidas para su territorio. Mantener cercanía y atención con los principales clientes de su zona. Desarrollar una relación efectiva con autoridades y comunidad. Formar un equipo de trabajo de alto desempeño y desarrollar sus habilidades funcionales y de gestión. Desarrollar una cultura de trabajo de ejecución excelente y modelar los valores de compañía. Experiencia mínima de 10 años en comercial, con habilidades de negociación. Conocimiento del mercado sureste, preferente en Tabasco. Trayectoria en consumo masivo, autoservicio y / o canal moderno. Disciplina, resiliencia y comunicación efectiva. Propósito Del Puesto
- Asegurar los resultados del negocio en su zona.
- Garantizar la ejecución de un plan comercial para la zona (objetivos, metas comerciales / financieras) alineado con la estrategia de marcas y canales.
- Asegurar la ejecución excelente de la estrategia regional en sus mercados.
- Asegurar el uso eficiente de los recursos (activos, inversión FBA’s) asignados a su región.
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones comerciales a largo plazo en los diversos canales e influir positivamente en el entorno. (autoridades, comunidad y competencia) facilitando el cumplimiento de la estrategia y objetivos CCM.
