Senior Design Director

About the Role

As a senior creative professional, you will lead and mentor a team of designers to deliver high-quality designs for global projects. The role requires strong leadership skills, advanced visual design abilities, and strategic thinking.

You will be responsible for creating design concepts, collaborating with Art Directors and Design Directors, and ensuring brand consistency and quality across all materials. Additionally, you will integrate AI tools into daily design workflows to enhance efficiency and innovation.

This is a hybrid role that involves working in the office at least two days per week. You will collaborate with international stakeholders, elevate the quality of our design output, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive creative excellence.

• Lead by example, combining hands-on creative work with team leadership
• Deliver exceptional design across various formats, including editorial layouts, campaigns, social content, internal comms, and reports
• Mentor and manage a team of designers, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development
• Translate complex content into engaging visual stories, applying strong design systems, hierarchy, and brand thinking

We are looking for someone who can bring a strong portfolio of multi-format design work, experience leading and mentoring design teams, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Knowledge of using AI tools in concept development, design production, or workflow optimization is also desired.
