Internal Policy Specialist Intern

The successful candidate will support the Internal Control team in ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across departments. This role reports to the Internal Control Manager and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams.

• Assist in creating, updating, and communicating internal policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with departments to understand operations and identify control gaps.
• Communicate deficiencies to management and recommend improvements.
• Review and revise documentation to ensure policy consistency.
• Participate in discussions on proposed policy changes.
• Support remediation plans and audit follow-ups.
• Review system user access and segregation of duties (SOD) in SAP and other systems.
