You'll get to : Be responsible for handling the most important accounts within Stanley Black & Decker.
The KAM must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client and is the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client, and help the client succeed.
Will also bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients.Developing a solid relationship between major key customersSolving key client issues and complaintsDeveloping an understanding of key account needsAnticipating key account changes and improvementsManaging communications between key clients and internal teams : Marketing, RGM, Finance, C&C (OTC), Sales, Planning (IBP), etc.Strategic planning to improve client resultsNegotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performancePlanning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members & stakeholdersMeeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelinesAnalyzing client data to provide customer relationship managementExpanding relationships and bringing in new clientsThe Person : You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
