Job Title : Paid Media Lead

Job Overview :
Our client, a fast-growing beauty and personal care eCommerce brand, is looking for a Paid Media Lead to own 100% of their paid media strategy, execution and performance across Meta and Google Ads. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead full-funnel campaign efforts that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities :
- Own and execute full-funnel paid media strategies (prospecting, retargeting, retention) across Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads
- Launch, manage, and scale campaigns—testing creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies daily
- Analyze performance using platform data and GA4; translate insights into actionable optimizations
- Collaborate with designers to brief and iterate on high-performing creatives
- Partner with product and web teams to improve landing pages and increase AOV through CRO tactics
- Manage and forecast monthly ad budgets; reallocate spend dynamically to maximize ROI
Requirements
4–6 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google AdsProven ability to scale spend over $500K / month while improving ROASStrong knowledge of attribution, pixel / server-side tracking, and GA4 reportingAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets skillsExcellent understanding of DTC / beauty audiences and strong creative intuitionExperience with Looker Studio or other BI / reporting toolsStrong copywriting or copy-editing skills for ad creativesBackground working in high-growth eCommerce or beauty / personal care brands
