Position : Mexican Lawyers

Type : Hourly Contract

Compensation : $30–$100 / hour

Location : Remote

Duration : 2–3 weeks

Commitment : 10–20 hours / week (flexible based on availability)

Role Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize publicly available legal and financial documents based on project guidelines
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity of all compiled materials
  • Follow structured documentation processes to meet defined quality standards
  • Verify sources and ensure data is obtained from public, verifiable platforms
  • Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager and meet deadlines

Requirements

  • Strong active legal practice experience in Mexico, specializing in litigation or corporate / transactional work
  • Familiarity with Mexican legal and regulatory document sources
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines
  • Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported)
