You'll manage requisitions, monitor career path data, audit compliance, and coordinate initiatives that strengthen employee growth and development.Key Responsibilities : Assign and manage requisitions using the company's tools to ensure timely fulfillment of internal vacancies.Monitor and update information in talent management systems to support career planning.Audit compliance with established processes and candidate requirements, ensuring accurate internal coverage.Organize and oversee the responsibilities of your team to meet client and business requirements.Coordinate and implement career plan strategies to achieve department goals.Provide regular reports on processes and internal postings, contributing to organizational growth.Requirements : Education : Bachelor's degree in Psychology (completed).
Experience : Minimum 2 years in Human Resources or Talent Management with proven leadership experience (BPO industry background is a plus).
Language : Advanced English (B2).
