Overview

The Business Growth Manager role is pivotal in driving sales growth and expansion for EV charging products. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing annual sales goals, accurately managing sales budgets, and ensuring cost-effectiveness aligns with company expectations.

Client Development

  • Acquire new clients through business development initiatives, including EPC Partners, logistics fleets, public transportation, and other potential clients.
  • Build a comprehensive client database, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
  • Market Integration

  • Closely monitor national policies, regulations, and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with local suppliers, installation service providers, and other resources to optimize supply chain processes and ensure efficient product delivery and installation services.
  • Organizational Growth

  • Recruit suitable talents and expand the local sales team as well as the technical service team, leveraging personal capabilities or resources and collaborating with the headquarters team.
