As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Experience Management.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape exceptional guest experiences in one of Mexico's premier tourist destinations.Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Rooms Division, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellenceOversee and optimize front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell / valet servicesManage housekeeping functions to maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation throughout the propertyDevelop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive positive reviewsAnalyze key performance metrics and financial data to make informed decisions and improve departmental efficiencyCollaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences across all touchpointsLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementManage departmental budgets, control expenses, and optimize revenue generationStay abreast of industry trends and local tourism developments to maintain the property's competitive edgeEnsure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and security regulationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in Rooms Division management within luxury hotels or resortsProven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores and operational efficiencyStrong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue managementExcellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staffOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders at all levelsProficiency in hotel management softwareStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-makingFluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plusIn-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and best practicesFamiliarity with Mexican tourism industry trends and local cultural normsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as requiredDemonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving service excellenceAdditional InformationWhat Is In It For YouLearning programs through our AcademiesOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the worldAbility to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities.Our Commitment To Diversity & InclusionWe are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit, and promote diverse talent.
