🎯 Your Mission
Detect, prevent, and stop potential fraud through detailed account and charge analysis
Validate or decline transactions requested by merchants or internal partners
Support customers during travel or emergency situations
Apply risk assessment and company policies to protect customer accounts
Deliver excellent customer service while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
💼 What You Bring
Advanced English (spoken and written)
Residence in Mexico City or Metropolitan Area
High analytical and risk evaluation skills
Digital proficiency (multiple systems, Outlook, Office tools)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including weekends
Excellent written and verbal communication
