Descripción del trabajoBachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field. English proficiency (C1+) 5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or Cloud solutions. Strong track record as a hunter, with proven success in consistently overachieving quotas. Expertise in closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with senior executives. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills. Highly self-motivated, resilient, and driven by performance and financial rewards. CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar) with strong pipeline discipline. Willingness to travel across LATAM South to engage prospects and clients face-to-face. Cybersecurity knowledge is a strong plus. Expanding Cybersecurity Presence
We're seeking a seasoned Sales Account Manager to spearhead growth in the Mexican and LATAM market.
Main Responsibilities :
- Identify & Secure New Opportunities : Proactively prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities across Mexico (mainly) and LATAM.
- Establish Key Partnerships : Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and executive stakeholders to position our cybersecurity platform as the go-to solution.
- Pursue Strategic Accounts : Manage the full enterprise sales process—from prospecting and discovery to proposals, negotiations, and closing—while delivering a seamless client experience.
- Drive Revenue Growth : Consistently surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals to maximize commissions and drive regional growth.
- Leverage Expertise : Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to accelerate deal momentum and win strategic accounts.
- Stay Ahead of Competition : Keep ahead of cybersecurity market trends and competitors to sharpen your pitch and maintain a winning edge.
- Optimize Sales Performance : Use HubSpot (or a similar CRM) to manage opportunities with accuracy, ensuring clear visibility into performance and forecasts.
