You will support the Finance and Plant Controlling team by preparing monthly financial reports, assisting in internal and external audits, automating reports and improving financial processes. You will interact with operational areas to gather relevant data for financial analysis and contribute to the monthly plant closing. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing finance environment, exposure to real-world financial operations, and the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams. You’ll gain valuable skills in financial reporting, process improvement, and ERP systems, while contributing to impactful projects. This role is a great stepping stone for a future career in finance, controlling, or operations.
You will report to the Business Finance Sr. Analyst, working under the guidance of a collaborative finance team. You’ll also interact with operational stakeholders across the plant, gaining visibility into production, logistics, and cost control processes. This is a contributor role with opportunities to take initiative and lead small improvement projects.
You should be an active student in the final semesters of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. (Graduating in Dec 2026 or summer 2027) Intermediate Excel skills are required (pivot tables, formulas, charts) (Must) Familiarity with systems like SAP is a plus. A basic understanding of financial and cost accounting concepts will help you succeed. Intermediate English proficiency is preferred for reading reports and basic communication.
