About the Role
Timeleft is scaling fast across 60+ countries, and we are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who can excel at both performance-driven paid advertising and compelling brand storytelling. You will bring our visual identity to life across all channels—from high-converting Meta and TikTok ads to engaging organic social content, website assets, and brand campaigns.
Your mission is to design impactful creatives that drive both conversions and brand awareness , working at the intersection of performance marketing and creative brand building.
Challenge
Timeleft is rapidly scaling, and we need high-impact visual assets that capture attention, engage users, and drive both conversions and brand loyalty . You will be responsible for :
- Creating a high volume of performance-driven ad creatives that maintain quality while supporting our ambitious growth goals.
- Maintaining a cohesive, recognizable brand aesthetic across all organic and paid touch points.
- Iterating quickly based on data , adapting designs to improve key performance indicators.
- Balancing performance optimization with brand storytelling , ensuring all assets serve both conversion goals and long-term brand positioning.
- Managing high-volume content production across multiple channels while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Design high-impact static and animated ads for paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).Create visually compelling banners, carousels, and other formats optimized for performance.Adapt creatives for A / B testing , ensuring variation across different target audiences.Stay up to date on best practices and creative trends in design.Elevate Timeleft's visual brand identity , ensuring consistency across all platforms.Design assets for social media, PR campaigns, website, events, and partnerships .Design high-quality organic visuals for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other key platforms.Create templates, moodboards, and guidelines for organic content when necessary.Organize and manage a structured creative asset library for easy access and reuse.Ensure fast turnarounds while maintaining high-quality standards.Research and implement new design tools and trends to enhance efficiency and creativity.Research and implement Ai tools into your design workflow.Why Join Us?
