Job Title : Manufacturing Operations Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our production process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing resources and metrics, optimizing workflows, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and operational procedures.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in lean manufacturing principles, with experience in analyzing production data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions. You will also be responsible for building, managing, and developing a high-performing production team by setting clear expectations, providing coaching and feedback, conducting performance evaluations, identifying training needs, and fostering a positive work environment.

A critical aspect of this role is ensuring ongoing compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This includes leading thorough Root Cause and Corrective Action processes for team-related defects and rejects, as well as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and best practices.

Education and experience requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of experience in the related field, or a Master's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the related field. Previous management experience is required.
