Logistics Coordinator Job Summary

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate scheduling and tracking of shipments to ensure timely delivery and maintain accurate records.
• Manage freight in transit and anticipate rescheduling to avoid penalties.
• Process shipping documents in accordance with border customs import / export regulations.
• Provide documentation to validate customer disputes and maintain updated records and files.

Work Environment :

This position is based in Torre 2, Plaza Uptown Juriquilla, and requires a commitment to regular working hours, including Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM or Monday to Saturday, 7 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM.
