We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico .

The role involves ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of software systems and infrastructure . The specialist will bridge the gap between development and operations, focusing on building and maintaining robust, scalable systems through automation, monitoring, and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities include :

• System Reliability and Availability : Monitoring system health and performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Nagios. Developing and implementing alerting mechanisms to detect and respond to issues quickly.
• Automation and Infrastructure Management : Building and maintaining automated systems for deployments, monitoring, and infrastructure management using tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
