Join a Team of Professionals Driving Innovation in Renewable Energy

As a New Energy Projects Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of

installation projects for EV charging stations, renewable energy systems, and emerging energy

technologies. You will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance

with quality and safety standards, while leading multidisciplinary teams and contractors to achieve

successful outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Plan, coordinate, and supervise installation activities for EV charging stations and renewable energy
projects to ensure proper execution.
Guarantee compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and applicable local and
international codes.
Coordinate resources and project teams (in collaboration with the engineering department) to
optimize timelines and results.
Monitor project progress, report outcomes, and propose continuous improvements to enhance
efficiency and quality.
Participate in the selection, training, and development of technical staff to strengthen team
capabilities.

We Are Looking for Candidates With...

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energies, or related field.

3–5 years of experience supervising electrical installation projects, distributed generation projects, or EV charging station installations.

Experience in renewable energy projects and energy storage systems (BESS).

Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating contractors.

Professional-level English.
