Propósito del puesto : Responder las llamadas telefónicas de los usuarios finales para las órdenes de trabajo y hacer un seguimiento de ellas capturandolas.Desarrollar y ejecutar un plan estratégico para brindar apoyo y mejorar continuamente los conocimientos, las habilidades y el entorno de aprendizaje en una organización multinacional de ingeniería y fabricación de tamaño mediano y alta mezcla. Principales Responsabilidades : Capturar órdenes de trabajo proporcionando a los usuarios un servicio de mesa de ayuda para atender sus problemas por teléfono o correo electrónico, y luego canalizar estos pedidos a los técnicos del departamento y brindar soluciones. Atender ordenes de trabajo de cierta urgencia a través de conexiones remotas o por teléfono (órdenes que son fáciles de resolver). Mantener la información de inventario actualizada al momento capturando la información del equipo que llega al departamento. Asistir a los técnicos del departamento de sistemas en las tareas que se les asignen. Generación de reportes telefónicos basados en el evaluador de llamadas y la distribución de los mismos a los gerentes de cada departamento. Generación de pequeños programas basados en las necesidades de los departamentos. Dar seguimiento a los requisitos legales enumerados en la Lista de verificación de cumplimiento del FMI-122. Cumplir con la Política de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, siguiendo los procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo aplicables a sus actividades para la participación en los Objetivos y Metas establecidos Competencias y habilidades : Licenciado en Tecnologías de la Información. Bilingüe Inglés / Español 5 años de experiencia en posición o campo relacionado.
