Role Summary
Geeks On Site is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead and scale all of our marketing efforts across both consumer and B2B channels. You’ll be responsible for developing integrated strategies that drive brand visibility, generate high-intent local leads, and accelerate national growth.
This role requires a marketing leader with deep experience in consumer service marketing (non-ecommerce), who can also manage external partners, agencies, and marketing consultants to execute with speed and efficiency. You’ll oversee a small team, collaborate across departments, and bring strategic insights that fuel experimentation, vertical expansion, and brand evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the full marketing strategy to drive national awareness and local lead generation for in-home and remote tech services.
- Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, local, and offline media.
- Identify and test new consumer service verticals (e.g., smart homes, TV mounting, home improvement, security devices)
- Manage and coordinate external marketing agencies, freelancers, and consultants to scale creative, media, and performance campaigns.
- Lead campaign planning, execution, and optimization across SEO, paid ads, content, email / SMS, and review platforms.
- Track marketing performance across key metrics — cost per lead, cost per sale, ROI, and revenue impact.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to improve lead conversion rates and shape messaging based on customer feedback.
- Oversee local SEO, brand listings, and reputation management (Yelp, Google Reviews, Trustpilot, etc.).
Drive brand evolution — positioning Geeks On Site as a leader not just in computer repair, but in smart tech installs, home automation, and connected services

Requirements
6–10+ years of experience leading full-stack marketing, with emphasis on consumer servicesProven success in running national and regional campaigns targeting U.S. householdsExperience managing marketing agencies, consultants, and creative vendorsExperience leading small internal marketing teams across digital, creative, and brand functionsStrong understanding of funnel optimization, customer acquisition, and analyticsA blend of creative thinking and data-driven decision makingU.S.-based and authorized to work in the U.S.Desired Skills & Experience (Additional)
Background in home services, tech services, or local service industriesExperience managing multi-location or franchise-style campaignsFamiliarity with AI-driven analytics tools for call monitoring and performance feedbackAdvanced knowledge of SEO / SEM for service-based businessesDemonstrated success in optimizing inbound lead conversion using dataConfident in budget allocation and maximizing ROI across multiple marketing channels
