Overview
Purpose of the Role : The Country Manager will have overall responsibility of guiding delivery processes along with revenue generation activities for a specific country of strategic importance and will also oversee the financials including certification to pertinent reporting authorities, maintenance of relationship with Government & Tax authorities and function as legal representative with the objective of meeting business, financial, customer experience objectives for clients in that country within the guidelines, strategy, policies, norms of the company.
Understanding of key business drivers and financial levers, knowledge of consulting, IT solutions and services businesses.
