Job Title : Design Director

Role Overview :

The Design Director assumes overall leadership for the Mexico City Design Office, overseeing a high-performing team responsible for executing licensed sports products across multiple leagues and 150+ team identities. This role entails strategic guidance, organizational oversight, and design operations at scale, ensuring accurate, compliant, and high-quality design assets align with business, licensing, and brand requirements.

• Set the vision, priorities, and standards for the design team while providing overall leadership for the Mexico City Design Office.
• Align design strategy with broader company objectives, partnering with executive leadership to ensure growth plans are met.
• Oversee multiple Design Managers and Senior Designers, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and project ownership across the team.
• Represent the Mexico City design organization in senior leadership discussions, providing updates on progress, challenges, and resource needs.
