Player Experience & Community Operations Coordinator
As a Player Experience & Community Operations Coordinator , you will support players while also overseeing playtest operations and managing our online community. This role blends customer support, operational coordination, and community engagement to ensure a seamless and high-quality player experience.
What You Will Do:
- Provide timely, professional support to players by resolving inquiries and technical issues.
- Gather and share player feedback with Development and QA teams to drive improvements.
- Enforce community guidelines and handle moderation, warnings, or escalations when necessary.
- Document interactions and contribute to support resources and reporting.
Playtest Operations
- Coordinate end-to-end playtests, ensuring proper backend setup and smooth execution.
- Manage schedules, participant communication, timelines, and budgets.
- Track results and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders.
Community Management
- Oversee and moderate our Discord server, fostering a positive and engaged community.
- Respond to community concerns and encourage healthy discussion.
- Act as the bridge between players and internal teams.
To Be Successful You Will Have
- 2+ years of experience in player support, community management, or operations.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience moderating online communities (Discord experience preferred).
- Solid troubleshooting skills and customer-first mindset.
- Ability to remain professional under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required.
