We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work in our growing area as an Operations and Compliance Analyst based in Juarez.
As Operations and Compliance Analystyou will be responsible of:
- Managing and coordinating applicable customs operations in a timely and accurate manner, as well as maintaining optimal customs legal compliance through a framework focused on IMMEX, certifications, and other Foreign Trade programs in which the company participates.
- Receiving and validating sales information for virtual operations.
- Analyzing and managing monetary approvals to process payments related to foreign trade operations.
- Carrying out monthly regime change operations for CTMs, Category A.
- Maintaining control of balances within Customs systems.
- Keeping the legal files for foreign trade operations and related matters.
- Applying and performing analyses of regulations that may affect or benefit foreign trade operations.
- Processing permit applications before government authorities (SE, SAT, SENER, COFEPRIS, SEMARNAT).
To Be Successful in This Role You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or foreign Trade.
- Extensive knowledge of Foreign Trade operations and Customs Systems Administration.
- Knowledge of Customs legislation.
- Experience with procedures before various government agencies.
- Intermediate–advanced English proficiency.
- Knowledge of customs systems (2TS, Vastera, Prisma, or similar).
- Experience using VUCEM, government agency portals, and state-level notifications.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
