Encargado de verificar los materiales para la ejecución en producción.
Verificar el mantenimiento preventivo y el buen funcionamiento de las maquinas.
Seguimiento a control de entrenamientos.
Sacar metas programas de producción.
Encargado de verificar que no existan riegos ni condiciones inseguras dentro de su área y de toda la organización.
Verificar la calidad del producto.
Encargado de realizar proyectos de mejora continua.
Motivar al personal a cargo a cumplir las metas establecidas diarias, semanales y mensuales.
Supervisión de personal a cargo.
Cumplimiento de métricos producción, scrap, calidad, asistencia.
Realizar planes de producción.
Seguimiento a acciones correctivas (8D).
Revisar y corregir nominas.
Elaborar reportes de producción.
Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecatrónica o afín.
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en puesto similar.
Ingles 80%
Manejo de paquetería Office.
Manejo de personal.
Excelente habilidad para comunicar.
