We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team based in Mexico City (Polanco).

About the Role

The Finance Assistant will support the Finance leadership team in Latin America. This role combines financial analysis and reporting responsibilities with coordination activities that support the day-to-day operations of the Finance department.

What You’ll Do

• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.

• Consolidate financial information from multiple LATAM countries to support regional reporting.

• Assist with budget tracking and basic variance analysis.

• Extract and organize financial data from ERP systems and internal reports.

• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and financial summaries for leadership meetings.

• Follow up with regional finance teams to collect required information for reports and analyses.

• Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests.

• Coordinate internal meetings, agendas, and action items for the Finance department.

• Assist in the organization of Finance-related meetings and professional events.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Around 3+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, business analysis, or similar roles.

• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory, as the role requires frequent interaction with international teams. Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests, meetings, and follow-ups simultaneously.

• Comfortable supporting administrative and coordination tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing events.

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and reporting tools such as PowerPoint or Power BI.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to follow up with different teams and obtain required information.
