The Technical Implementations Specialist brings solutions to life. You’ll configure, deploy, and maintain client and internal platforms using no-code and low-code tools and integration tools, working closely with the Solutions Architect and Engineering teams to ensure seamless adoption and lasting success.
This is a hands-on technical role, ideal for someone who loves solving problems, testing builds, and improving systems that serve real users. You’ll also help document deployments and provide ongoing support and optimization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
Configuration & DeploymentConfigure and deploy internal and client platforms like Zendesk, Gorgias, Salesforce, Kodif, and PixieBrixBuild workflows, automations, and integrations using native tools and no-code / low-code platformsTranslate business requirements and process maps into system configurationsIncorporate AI-enabled tools and workflows to enhance automation, decision-making, and customer experiencesTesting & TroubleshootingPrototype internal and client-facing use cases, escalating to Engineering for custom buildsSupport QA testing during launch and after deploymentAnalyze platform performance and user feedback to suggest and implement approved improvementsEvaluate AI models and automation performance, identifying opportunities for refinement or retrainingDocumentation & SupportCreate and maintain admin guides, help articles, and technical documentation for clients and internal teams based on your designsIntake and resolve tickets for updates, fixes, and iterative improvementsMaintain up-to-date certifications and skills across key platformsRequirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience in implementations, project management, or technology / AI solution deployment.Hands-on experience with low-code platforms and automation tools (e.g., Forethought, Kodif, Zapier, PixieBrix)Experience working with APIs and performing system-level integrations (no full-stack dev required)Experience configuring and managing automation and CRM, tools (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias, HubSpot) and / or AI-specific platforms (e.g., Forethought, Kodif, PixieBrix, Zendesk AI, etc).Strong documentation and communication skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts clearly to colleagues.Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strategic approach to evaluating technology fit and alternatives for client projects.Certifications in supported platforms or project management frameworks like PMP is a plus.
