🌎 Regional Sales Manager – LATAM (Medical Devices)

I’m currently partnering with an innovative global medical technology manufacturer that’s a leader in advanced cancer treatment solutions. They develop and distribute precision radiotherapy systems used in hospitals and oncology centers worldwide, with operations across Europe, the US, and Asia, and customers in over 80 countries.
We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager (LATAM) to drive commercial growth across Latin America. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, hands-on sales professional with experience in medical devices and a passion for improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and end users
- Identify new business opportunities and manage tender processes
- Lead product presentations and training sessions for customers and partners
- Represent the company at key trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to guide strategic decisions
Your Profile
Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience in medical device sales (oncology or capital equipment is a plus)Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese a strong advantage)Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsComfortable with frequent travel across Latin AmericaProficient in MS Office and CRM toolsValid driver’s licensPlease note, I anticiate a large number of applicants to this position.
