▷ (Solo Quedan 15h) Legal Sr Manager LATAM

Objective :

Lead and consolidate the legal function across all of LATAM, including but not limited to ensuring regulatory and legal compliance, overseeing risk management, and the integration of multiple entities resulting from recent acquisitions. Responsibilities include strengthening corporate governance, legally protecting the company, negotiating contracts, advising employment law issues, aligning the legal teams across different Business Units, and serving as the liaison with the Global Legal team.

Key responsbilities :

• Ensure compliance with labor, tax, commercial, environmental, and regulatory requirements across LATAM.
• Lead corporate governance and consolidation of legal entities, including proper integration of acquisitions.
• Oversee mergers & acquisitions processes : due diligence, negotiation, closing, and post-integration alignment.
• Provide strategic legal support to LATAM leadership and Business Units on contracts, regulatory, labor, corporate, and litigation matters.
• Manage relationships with external law firms, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with corporate standards.
• Coordinate and align local legal teams under a unified compliance and governance framework.
• Promote a culture of compliance, business ethics, and legal risk awareness through training and guidance.
