The Role

As a Senior SAP APO & IBP Consultant, you will lead high-impact projects across Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Supply Planning. You will leverage both SAP APO and SAP IBP solutions to deliver end-to-end, integrated supply chain planning solutions. This role requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to drive business development while ensuring excellence in project delivery. You will optimize value chains by integrating APO and IBP with S / 4HANA and other SAP technologies, drawing on MHP’s deep automotive and discrete manufacturing expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle SAP APO and IBP implementations for Automotive / Discrete Manufacturing clients.
• Design and deploy digital planning solutions in :
• Demand Planning
• Inventory Optimization & Management
• Supply Planning / Response & Supply
• Integrate APO and IBP planning processes with SAP S / 4HANA, EWM, TM, Ariba, and other SAP modules.
• Develop scalable planning concepts aligned with Industry 4.0 and emerging supply chain technologies.
• Build strong client relationships and provide trusted advisory services on planning solutions.
• Identify and drive business development opportunities within demand-driven and integrated supply chain planning.
• Act as a (sub-)project team leader, ensuring timely delivery and team collaboration.
