Responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key distributors, combining commercial, technical, and account management skills.
Your goal will be to drive sales growth through collaborative work plans aligned with clear KPIs in the food ingredients sector.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, distributor management, or key account management.
Proven technical knowledge of food ingredients.
Experience developing sales plans with distributors.
Strategic thinking and results-orientation.
Effective communication with diverse teams and technical clients.
Negotiation and conflict management skills.
