This role will be key in scaling our social media presence and ensuring that every influencer collaboration drives measurable impact in awareness, engagement, and sales.

Responsibilities : Identify and secure relevant collabs and sponsorships per product line and marketBuild and maintain strong relationships with celebrities, influencers and creators in MX / USDevelop creative briefs, content guidelines, and deliverables aligned with brand campaignsManage influencer contracts, payments, and database through CRM platformsCoordinate influencer participation in launches, events, content production sessions and peak campaignsOversee campaign execution and content QA to ensure on-time and on-brief deliveryMonitor and report performance using key metrics such as EMV, reach, ROAS, and attributed salesDesign and optimize scalable and attractive compensation structures for creatorsContinuously scout new profiles and audit existing ones for relevance and performanceCollaborate cross-functionally with other inner and external teams to align strategiesRequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fieldAdvanced / Native English (spoken and written)Professional Experience2-3 years of experience managing influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or PRProven experience negotiating influencer contracts and compensation modelsProficiency with influencer management / CRM platforms (e.g., GRIN, Aspire, Kolsquare, or similar)Strong understanding of influencer marketing KPIs (EMV, ROAS, CPA, ER, attributed sales)Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, formulas)Experience running international influencer campaigns (MX / US)Hands-on experience coordinating influencer participation in events and product launchesCertifications in Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Social Media AnalyticsKnowledge of Paid Media and performance marketingGenuine passion for wellness, fitness, and plant-based or overall nutrition (to better connect with athletes and coaches) Ready to level up your impact with Birdman?
