What you will do
The Manager will apply strategic consulting expertise in procurement, supply chain management, business process outsourcing, and technology to elevate GEP's offerings.
This role involves managing and supervising the delivery of supply chain consulting services and contributing to the development of new services.
Responsibilities :
Leading strategic sourcing and category management projects
Developing and implementing process improvements for efficiency and cost savings
Ensuring service level requirements are met and exceeding client satisfaction
Engaging with senior client stakeholders
Managing client relationships strategically
Coaching and mentoring consultants
Participating in firm-building activities such as recruiting and training
Contributing to firm growth strategies and execution
Building knowledge and intellectual capital for the firm
Traveling to client sites as required
What you should bring
Requirements :
At least 6 years of procurement consulting experience in top consulting firms and procurement outsourcing, including e-auctions and retail
Strong procurement knowledge
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus
Proven ability to lead meetings and manage projects
Experience leading small to medium projects
Ability to synthesize large amounts of information concisely
Ability to work independently and in teams
Strong client interaction skills
Good presentation skills
Willingness to travel up to 80% to client sites
Bachelor's degree (BA / BS)
Experience with business development is a plus
Active American visa required
