We’re currently looking for two key roles to support our clients' growing sales operations : 1.) Business Development Representative If you’re proactive, motivated, and love building connections, this role is for you. You’ll play a big part in driving new business opportunities and helping our sales team reach the right clients. What You’ll Be Doing : Create and manage outbound sales campaigns to generate new business Research and identify potential leads, including sourcing accurate contact information Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospective clients Coordinate and schedule meetings for the sales team Maintain organized records of leads, outreach activities, and campaign performance in our CRM What We’re Looking For : Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Experience using Google Suite and CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus) Preferably familiar with tools like YAMM (for email campaigns) and QuickBooks Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines) Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer __________________________________________________________________________________ 2.) Sales Coordinator (NetSuite Experience Required) If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive on keeping sales processes running smoothly, you’ll shine in this role. You’ll help manage client accounts, prepare documentation, and ensure everything behind the scenes flows seamlessly. What You’ll Be Doing : Conduct outbound calls and assist with prospecting for new accounts Support the sales team by preparing contracts, proposals, and follow-up communications Process orders and ensure accuracy in all sales documentation Handle client inquiries and maintain strong relationships Maintain and update CRM systems (NetSuite experience is required) What We’re Looking For : Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or account management Experience with order processing, CRM management (especially NetSuite), and customer service Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines) Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer __________________________________________________________________________________ Technical Requirements (for both roles) Comfortable using time-trackers (e.g., Time Doctor) Own laptop / desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps) Available backup equipment for power or internet outages Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Competitive Compensation We offer a competitive monthly salary with flexibility for higher compensation based on your experience and qualifications.
