About UsWe specialize in global supply chain solutions that empower businesses to expand across the globe.We are looking for a visionary Senior Executive to join our team and lead our next phase of global expansion and innovation.The Opportunity Our company seeks a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong hunter profile to build a robust sales pipeline using CRM (Salesforce).Identify new clients with high import / export potential.Build and manage a personal portfolio with a focus on growth, retention, and cross-selling.Prepare customized commercial proposals.Negotiate and close deals with decision-makers.Achieve sales targets in USD and cargo volume.Requirements : We require a proven track record in B2B sales within Freight Forwarding. Key skills include : Solid knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Road Freight.Strong closing skills, persuasive, and goal-oriented.Persuasive sales style : primarily hunter (80%), consultative, with strong field presence.Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.Digital skills : proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and presentation platforms.What We Offer : We offer a competitive compensation package, including performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
