🔎 Who are we looking for?

We are searching for a Support Engineer to join our IT operations team. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of our infrastructure and applications, resolving incidents, and driving continuous improvement.

💻 What you’ll do

• Monitor infrastructure, applications, and security alerts using tools such as Datadog, Splunk, or Prometheus.
• Perform daily health checks and support planned change validations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 incidents following SOPs; escalate complex issues when needed.
• Document all actions in ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and provide clear updates during shift handovers.
• Contribute to improving documentation and optimizing alerts.
