Position Summary :

Responsible for designing, implementing, and leading the organization's external communication strategies, ensuring a consistent, positive public image aligned with corporate values and objectives. This role oversees social media management, media relations, and crisis communications, maximizing the brand's reach and influence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute the company's overall external communication and digital presence strategy.
  • Lead communication and public relations campaigns to strengthen brand reputation and positioning.
  • Manage corporate social media accounts, establishing content guidelines, tone, and frequency.
  • Supervise the team of community managers and digital content specialists.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key industry influencers.
  • Monitor and analyze the impact of communication initiatives through KPIs, preparing periodic reports and recommending improvements.
  • Lead crisis communications, developing contingency plans and key messaging to safeguard the company's image.
  • Oversee the production of external communication materials : press releases, statements, speeches, articles, and multimedia content.
  • Ensure message and visual identity consistency across all external touchpoints.
  • Identify trends in digital communication and social media, proposing innovations to keep the brand relevant.

Profile Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields. Postgraduate studies are highly valued.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in external communications, public relations, or social media management, preferably in large-scale companies or recognized agencies.
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and digital management and analytics tools.
  • Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in crisis management and handling sensitive situations in the public eye.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity, strategic thinking, and results orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced English (additional languages are a plus).
