And finally, you're open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Skills And Experience3 years of profesional experienceStrong DB2 z / OS knowledge : In-depth understanding of DB2 for z / OS architecture, features, and functionality.SQL Expertise : Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.Database Design : Experience with logical and physical database design principles.Performance Tuning : Ability to identify and resolve database performance issues.Problem-solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Scripting / Coding : Experience with scripting languages like Python or Perl is a plus.Staying Updated : Keeping up-to-date with the latest DB2 technologies, best practices, and industry trends.Preferred Skills And ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related fieldSkilled in planning, organization, analytics, and problem-solvingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and team membersComfortable working with statisticsBeing YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it's how we think and who we are.
