Support the APSYS Project Manager in deploying APSYS methodology across all project scopes : rolling stock, infrastructure, signalling, and systems.

Participate in Kaizen events and workshops to identify and implement performance improvements.

Monitor and report on KPIs related to quality, performance, and APSYS implementation.

Support digital transformation initiatives, integrating tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and other data-driven platforms.

Assist in internal and external audits, including evidence preparation, analysis, and follow-up.

Contribute to risk analysis, corrective / preventive actions, and project reporting.

Ensure alignment with project milestones and deliverables across all turnkey components.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Quality) or Business Administration.

~0–2 years of experience in quality, performance, or project coordination roles (internships are valued).

~ Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, Excel, and ERP / MMS systems (e.g., Advanced proficiency in French (spoken and written).

~ Advanced Spanish and intermediate English (technical reading and basic communication).
