Superintendente de Operaciones

Oversees and / or performs the overall production and operations plan for an entire product line, anticipates production situations and drive actions to eliminate barriers on equipment uptime, manpower issues, technical and quality problems; may be responsible for second or third shift patterns.

• Bachelor degree on engineering
• 5+ years in production, quality, manufacturing engineering or equivalent leadership position
• Six Sigma Green belt certification (desirable.)
• Knowledge of basic geometric dimensioning & blue print reading measuring techniques (gages) (desirable.)
• Knowledge of safety and ergonomics related to process and equipment design and implementation (desirable.)
• Knowledge of Quality Systems & Standards (desirable)
• Bilingual Spanish-English
• Customer Specific requirements from automobile industry (desirable)
• Ability to effectively manage a staff of 50+ employees
