Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform business requirements into efficient, scalable, and robust solutions, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.Key Responsibilities : Solution Design - Gather requirements from customers subscribing to Client's cloud-based services through interactions with technical and non-technical teams within Client as well as external to Client.Participate in solution designs according to the business rules and requirements.

Elaborate technical documents to scope the solutions to deliver to the customer.Device Management Solution Support - On-Premises installation of Terminal Estate Manager (TEM) solution for clients procuring the Licensed versions of the application.

Such installations require varied experience with backend technology options, including Networking, Operating Systems, Databases, Network File Systems and such, and their customer-specific implementations.

Provide support to clients across NAR region.Solution, design, develop and maintain customizations for both Client-hosted as well as Client-hosted installations of the applications to augment feature functionalities that are not available with the base product.Provide ongoing support for Hosted and Licensed installations – version upgrades, troubleshooting, configuration and boarding, including the interaction between terminal applications and customizations.Running billing and other ad hoc reports from TEM.Defining TEM campaigns for RKI (Remote Key Injection) operations.Run bulk boarding of devices through Merchant Boarding Tool Interface (MBTI).

Provide TEM, M360 overview, training and walkthrough for clients as well as internal teams.Provision, update, delete and maintain all Virtual Machines and cloud infrastructure (load balancers firewalls and network segments) that are used on Googe Cloud (GCP) infrastructure for TEM, M360.ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, etc.) management for advanced features of TEM.Cloud DB management : Back up, clean up and monitoring of the health and capability of the databases of GCP platform.Shell scripting for different functionalities and custom components.SQL report management for certain customer requirements.Linux and Windows Server management.NFS repository management.Testing and working with support team designing test matrix to ensure the proper functionality of the custom solutions.ABOUT YOUR SKILLSWell-versed in English and Spanish languages.Understanding of Cloud technologies.Experienced in Networking, Operating Systems, Databases.Configuration of firewalls, load balancers, etc.Experience in working with Xml and JSON based files payloads.Windows, Linux, Tomcat / Apache server management.WAMP server management.Virtual Machine management.Google Cloud Portal and component provisioning, access management.Deep understanding of cloud component troubleshooting.Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues.Quick learner, analytical, with self-motivation skills.Degree in Computer Science / Electronics Engineering.Experience / Ability to work with international teams.Excellent Communication skills (sharing technical information or requirements with non-technical people).
